This privacy policy (the “Policy”) is intended to inform you of various pieces of information (“we” or “us”) collects, as well as our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of that information through the web pages via https://southernjunctiontexas.com (the “site”).

What Information might we collect?

  • Personal Information You Provide to Us – We only collect information that you choose to give us via email or through another direct contact form you fill out. We will not sell your Personal Information to anyone. We are the sole owners of the Personal Information collected on this Site.
  • Information Collected by Automated Means – Whenever you use the Site we may use a variety of technologies that automatically collect information about how the Site is accessed and used. Chemist Media
We also work with a company called Chemist Media to assist in advertising our products and services. One of the products that we may purchase from Chemist Media is a retargeting product that allows Chemist Media to show you advertisements for our Site when you visit other sites on the Chemist Media network or across the web on 3rd party networks. Chemist Media is able to do this through the use of data that is provided to Chemist Media through 3rd party partners (“Advertising Cookies”). The sole use of the Advertising Cookies is to show you advertisements for our Site. They are not being used to target you in any other way.

We use two products to analyze activity on our site. We use Chemist Media tracking technology and/or Google Analytics to understand how users use our site so as to enhance the user experience on our Site. How will we use your information?

Our primary purpose is to use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We may also use your information currently, or in the future, as follows:

This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our Site in which you have expressed interest.

Any Personal Information you provide on linked pages or sites is provided directly to that third party and is subject to that third party’s privacy policy. This Policy does not apply to such linked sites and we are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of these websites or any other sites that are linked to or from the Site.

 

Do we collect information from children?

The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and Southern Junction Texas does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from such children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such Personal Information from our database.

 

Do we protect your information?

We take measures designed to protect your Personal Information in an effort to prevent the loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This Policy and the privacy practices of Southern Junction Texas will be subject exclusively to the laws of the State of Texas in the United States. Southern Junction Texas makes no representation that this Policy and our practices comply with the laws of any other country or jurisdiction. Users of the Site who reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
